This Starbucks is in the heart of the outlet in San Clemente. It's a valuable place that I've gotten used to go to often. First of all great lemonade. Love 💜🩷💙. Then we have the free wifi that you can use. People's sitting working, school kids talking smack about their friends that's not around, people sitting in the sun, in the shadow, outside or inside. And it's people from every were coming to the same place. And outside you can watch all the people shopping, the school kids with their new bikes (thick wheels, goes up to 30km/h so the parents aren't thrilled with this) but I enjoyed watc

The first thing I notice are well-trained and attentive baristas. The drinks are made quickly and accurately. The store is well-kept and inviting. I frequent this location several times a week and I look forward to the warm “Welcome” every time I walk in the door. The manager, Steve, as well as his shift supervisors & asst. managers seem focused on various aspects of the customer experience from drink quality to location cleanliness (inside and out) to customer safety. I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the model location for this part of the county.

Wanted to actually make a review because our barista Collin was great with his customer service! The number of places I go these days that people aren't trained in customer service is wild. He was patient with us while we ordered, read back to check he got the order right, and then gave us the total. 12/10 @starbucks Collin crushed it 👏🏼

Whoever is heating up the food in the afternoon is doing a terrible job. Multiple times now I’ve gotten food with burnt bread and then all of the insides are cold. Stop rushing to cook it faster and learn to follow instructions instead of wasting peoples money.
