I had a really good experience at Sonic Drive-In today. Gabi provided excellent customer service when I came through the drive-thru. She was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was right with my order. It’s always nice to be greeted with a positive attitude and great energy. The food was fresh, the service was quick, and because of the way Gabi treated customers, I’ll definitely be coming back again soon.

Tater tots were soggy, they got my son's order wrong and we waited 45 minutes for our order. We did receive a coupon for a free drink though. This was on a Friday, my chicken tenders tasted funny...

It’s ridiculous on how long they take. I would have understand if the store was busy or the drive thru busy but it wasn’t. I literally had to wait over 20 minutes for an order when the order was already done they only had to give it to me but took forever.
