Terrible food we ordered for pick up the pizza wasn’t cut properly. The pizza was stuck to the cardboard box. Everything was falling apart. It was just a terrible experience. Then we called the restaurant and spoke to a manager and told him what happened and then says to take it back and they will make a new one. Then he started to laugh and didn’t make us one. What great way to show customer service. Simply rude I don’t even know why they want the pizza back. I know I won’t go back to Pizza Hut in San Juan again.

The Last Time I Bought Pizza, I Had It Delivered, Turns Out That The Order Was Wrong and I Called Them Back Right Away. The Guy Said What Was The Problem, I Told Him, Then He Offered Me To Drive To The Store and Get The Pizza Remake, I Said I Couldn't So He Offered A Credit. I Tried Using The Credit Today, Seems There's No Credit, Went To The Store, Same Thing, The Lady, Super Nice Tried To Make It Right, But Not Being In The System I Declined The Pizza. It Felt Like I Wanted To Scam Them. So, It Did Happen But They're Not Responsible With Keeping Track Of Wrong Order Credits. If They Mess You

I love Pizza Hut. But the only thing is that I had a question, but nobody new the answer to my question. And the person at the cash register told me he didn't know nothing about online. So i can redeem a code , but since at the bottom read any pizza Hut in the US. So I thought it was optional, if in stores or online. I actually went (2) to Pizza Hut's location & no one knew nothing. My kids came out crying, I knew I wasn't going to leave it like that. I myself struggled with the Pizza Hut App, til I redeemed it by myself. But the only problem was that they had only (2) personal pan pizza's.
