I came here for a birthday with a party of 7 people. The food is a bit pricey (total bill around 350$) but I think the food was yummy. I mainly had food from the seafood side and others enjoyed a variety of selections. I personally really enjoyed the shrimp skewers they had, they were a great size and very juicy! I also really liked their tofu and corn. Some foods I think were just okay were the miso soup, shrimp fried rice, and the squid. The scallion portion sizes were rather small for what you're paying. There's a reason this place is highly reviewed - it's fantastic dining here! The food is scrumptious. Everything was soooo tasty, it was not easy picking a favorite. Service was great. Staff were efficient and attentive. Atmosphere was chill - decor was nice and it didn't feel chaotic in there. I can see parking being a challenge but we were there during non-peak meal hours and found a spot nearby.

Managed to get a last-minute reservation and felt quite lucky! The restaurant even followed up to confirm our arrival. The service was excellent—they even poured the sake for us. I loved the heated tray on the table that kept our skewers warm; it’s such a thoughtful touch. The menu has plenty of options, and though the place is small, it feels very cozy and atmospheric. The upside-down umbrellas hanging from the ceiling are a unique touch. One thing to note: it’s quite dim inside, so it’s a bit hard to take photos. If you're taking a group shot, watch out for blurriness!
