Just bought this chicken and upon opening it, smells completely rancid. Date says 6/21 but something clearly happened to it. It smelled up my whole house. Very bad.

Extremely rude staff, the one skinny black girl will slam your stuff after scanning and have a horrible expression while doing it, a few of the guys also are rude and the older bald black woman will go out of her way to be rude to you and guard the shopping bags like they are gold! The Vons on 25th street has better staff and a lot kinder to the employees!! I suggest going to that one or Ralph’s or any other store before this one! Also with the owner who responds to these bad reviews, fix the issues, clean house before your store gets way more attention!!

I genuinely dread coming to this grocery store, and that’s not something I say lightly. Every single time I shop here and this particular older employee is working, (I will edit soon with her name) I feel singled out and treated with unnecessary hostility. On my most recent visit, there were no handheld baskets available at the front. I noticed one sitting in a closed-off aisle and walked over to grab it. Worst customer service ever. A lady told us she would not help us get Turkey from the deli we had to wait 10 min before the person on break would be back, she would only serve the fried chicken. What absolut horrible service VONS. Wow will never ever be back.
