Placed an order which they made incorrectly. We have some picking girls so we got the surprise only after her birthday song and saw she got a vanilla cake instead of the chocolate we had ordered. We understand errors happen, but a bit surprised that when trying to address over the phone with their manager they insisted on having us come in for any partial reimbursement. As if we have not been inconvinced enough.

I ordered a birthday cake for my son. It had a screen picture of skate boarder he picked out. I said please make sure his name is correct. I said the last 5 or 6 cakes we have ordered the name has been misspelled. She wrote his name on the form I checked it was correct. Then when I picked up the cake instead of Happy Birthday Andrew! It said Happy Birthday Andrea! The lady said what is wrong. I said again they did not take the time to get the name correct. She said I will fix it. So with red icing she wrote over the “a” and put “w”. It looked horrible the icing on the picture was orange. No o

We stopped off for some ice cream treats after visiting Snowbird today. Milly had an almond waffle cone with snickers and pecan ice cream. Paula had a waffle cone with chocolate royale and strawberry cheese cake ice cream. I had a sugar cone with rocky road ice cream. Ben had a large cookies and cream milkshake. 10/10 all around! Kimmy was great and everything was delicious. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area. Thanks!

We loved the ice cream. My favorite is still Rocky Road. Grand opening today was so fun and memorable. Looking forward to many visits to the new store.
