Cancelled my order twice on the app for no reason, told me to call the store. Called around 10pm and the woman at the store told me that because she was the “only one working since 5pm, that incoming orders would be cancelled because it’s too busy.” Also told me I could not order a sandwich as there’s only one sandwich bread left and “the boss wanted it to last.” -Cancelling orders because the person working is incompetent and cannot handle working alone. (I understand understaffing, but if you know you’re understaffed, don’t put people on who can’t work under pressure.) -Charged for two orde
