Love the new location. It's a family-run business, who are very friendly and helpful. We don't know much about the food, so our server helped us navigate the menu. We were surprised with a delicious complimentary salad and our Pad Thai was absolutely delicious! So was everything else. We were in a hurry and we got in and out in less than a half an hour. Super service!!

The food tastes reasonably good, but the portions are VERY small for the price, even for being located in the mall food court. We also got a seed/pod shell in the masala. They had good vegetarian options which is why we chose it, but probably won’t be eating there again.

It's easy to order at Zimbu because the vegan items, as well as the gluten free items, are clearly marked on the menu. Almost all of the food is out front on display letting you see what you're ordering. The food is also prepared in front of you. If you're curious about the flavor or spiciness of any item, samples are offered for you to try. If you're sensitive to spicy-hot food, be aware that there are a lot of spicy items. Maria was a great help to me. Very friendly. When I told her I was not familiar with Nepalese food, she let me sample some of the sauces, protein, and bases. I chose the veggie rice base with mixed grilled veggies and tofu in a coconut sauce. I loved that they had the option of adding fresh veggies on top (cabbage, cilantro, cucumbers, carrots).
