I ordered a medium hand tossed for delivery. The Drive never nocked on the door but by the time i walked out to check the pizza was cold. when i say cold, colder than room temperature. the pizza was ordered at 5:22pm and i checked outside at 6:22. I ignore the pizza being cold since you can always heat it up. when i open it THERES A DEAD ANT IN THE BOX!! i’ve been waiting for them to answer the phone for 20 mins. i just want my pizza remade and a different delivery driver! Edit: i had to go up there and they were quick to fix the pizza and apologizing constantly. thank you guys for fixing my

Service is trash. The app tells you that your order is done. You walk in, the screen says your order is done, but when you ask for it, they say it's not done and make you wait an additional 5-10 minutes along with 4 or 5 other people whose name is also on the screen as ready. Nobody cares that it will take an additional 10 minutes for a pizza to be ready. We understand that you're busy, but there's no need to waste people's time and say it's ready when it's not.

January 13,2025 at 8:13 pm i ordered a pizza lovers melt with spicy garlic boneless wings, along with a 20 oz starry from this location. I received the melt, but the wings were bone in DRY with not even effort to at least get some part of what i ordered CORRECT. then on top of that i didn’t receive my 20oz starry. I then contacted Pizza Hut about the situation and the gentleman that answered the phone has no empathy. I told him I didn’t receive what I ordered and he was like “you would need to contact door dash about that” truly the worse customer service experience from this pizza hut. I s

Ordered online for pickup and when I arrived at the location about 15 minutes later, not only was my order still not finished, but I was told I needed to wait another 7 minutes because my pasta bowl wasn't made. I literally ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait. Once I was given my order, (Medium pizza and pasta bowl) I checked to see if my order was correct and of course I was given the wrong pizza. No apology for the wait or the wrong item. And when I got back home, the pizza was luke warm and kinda dry from sitting in the warmer for too long, waiting on my pasta bowl. I will never go to
