We had a truly wonderful experience at Osteria Da Sisi in Santa Fe. The meal was absolutely outstanding — every dish was full of flavor and clearly made with care and passion. The service made the evening even more special. Nicola and his Lithuanian colleague (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name!) were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. The wine selection was also excellent and paired beautifully with the food. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience — we’ll definitely be back!

It’s hard to mess up pizza but they found a way. They attempted to pull off the extra burnt piece but it was more than half destroyed. They don’t charge for it but I would rather they never served it. It took 30 minutes for the burnt garbage taste out of my mouth

As an Italian from NY living in NM, I have realistic expectations when anyone mentions going out to eat for Italian cuisine. Seeing all of these positive reviews regarding the quality of food, and reading over the menu prior to going to dinner, I was pretty enthusiastic about eating here. However, the servers were non-attentive, disengaging and wait time for a drink (non alcoholic) was approximately 20 minutes, followed by over 40 minutes for food, and when the food came out there was something wrong with each dish on a 6+ person table ... portions were small, overly salted, taste was bad/off,

The fried squash blossoms were beautifully presented and delicious. Drink and wine options very good. Both entrees were well balanced and flavorful, though the veal with rather tough. The Lemon cake with raspberry coulis- excellent. The service was below par, had to keep requesting silverware between courses, and waiting for forgotten water refills. Bread and oil/butter are not offered.
