For this IHOP is very convenient very clean and has excellent Waite staff! The food was delicious as usual and dessert was a milkshake To die for. The only problem we ran into was the sun coming through the shade was blinding my mother, so it took about half an hour for that to stop. Other than that, I always love coming here when I visit from out of town.

TERRIBLE customer service! We walked in & nobody was at the front to seat us. So we waited for a bit then the lady finally came out & seated us. She seated us at a dirty booth the floor was filthy & the bench seat as well. We had to ask her to clean the floor so I could put my feet down. We never got asked if we wanted any drinks or anything.They were not busy AT ALL! We sat there for a good 15 minutes. Nobody helped us! After being told repeatedly, they’d be right with us? So we finally walked out! We will never return!

I have been a regular at this location for years, coming in multiple days a week and ordering the exact same dish every single time. Because I know my dish so well, I immediately noticed when you guys changed the whipped cream from a real, milk-based creamy whipped cream to what I'm guessing is some cheap, oil-based alternative. It never dissolves, stays stiff on hot pancakes forever, and tastes absolutely terrible and artificial. I used to love getting extra whipped cream on everything, but this new stuff is awful and I refuse to return until they promise to bring back the real whipped cream

Neiby is the best waitress I’ve ever had she is such a bubbly person that she makes the atmosphere so electrifying and fun. She is efficient and timely. She does sn outstanding job!
