Of course the atmosphere is amazing bc it's the Ritz Carlton hotel near the water! The service was slow and the server kept forgetting what we asked him for. We were not crazy about the lunch menu options. And the fish tacos we ordered had zero flavor even w the cilantro sauce. And where is the Illy coffee?! Also there was no fresh juice except for orange.

We came here for a Sunday brunch. The atmosphere is wonderful. The food & service were great. The guy playing music did a wonderful job. I did find out it is 150.00 per adult to get a day pass and it only includes the pool. 🤮

Always great service with well-presented and delicious food and drinks, even on a busy night like the Kentucky Derby party. I loved their lavender and lemon mocktail and the tuna tartar. The shrimp and grits are some of the best in town.

Jack Dusty is really a great place! Every time I come here, the food is consistently delicious, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The servers here are kind and welcoming. And of course, being at The Ritz-Carlton adds its own magic. I love wandering around the property before or after a meal it’s truly stunning and peaceful but even though I’ve spent a lot of money here I am not always greeted with respect by the employees on property. This has happened a few times Esp considering I have family that lives at the residencey here/are members. Which is the only reason it’s getting 4 stars from
