We wandered into The Flying Monk Noodle Bar near the Market District on a whim and left completely blown away. What a fantastic find! We started with the edamame wontons, which were crisped to absolute perfection, crunchy on the outside, flavorful on the inside. For our mains, we ordered the Drunken Noodles and the Thai Basil Chicken. Both dishes were incredibly flavorful, fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection.
