It took 35 minutes from the time I got in line to when they handed me my food, there was maybe 10 cars in front of me. It was the worst Wendy's food I've ever purchased!!!! Fries were cold and soggy and the burgers were less than 1/4 thick and maybe 1.5 inches across (ordered a Dave's double) and they were "cooked" without being flipped rock hard, black and crispy on one side and barely cooked on the other. WORST Wendy's EVER!!!!! And this is just the latest of many bad experiences at that location, go anywhere else, eat your own arm, it'll be better trust me.

Horrible customer service and rude I waited by the window for 10 minutes because no one said anything on the intercom drive through area . So I pulled up and when an associate finally opened the window who barely spoke English from my understanding she wanted me to go back to the intercom window which she never even acknowledging me the first time. When I reiterated what she wanted me to do she got frustrated and closed the window and took someone else’s order extremely rude and unprofessional I would never go there ever again worst experience. I would drives miles if I had to just to buy food

Horrible place to eat. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy. Waited for over 30 mins inside the restaurant to order. The young girl was new and not trained. Even the guy that usually does ok, wasn’t professional at all. Both went back and forth about who should take my order. Also. Most of the people who work there can’t speak English. I will be reporting this incident to the headquarters. And honestly, I might not eat at another Wendy’s again. Sad!

Their drive thru diet coke taste like seltzer. Has been like this for months. Noone cares, customer support never gets back to you and the drive thru employee obviously doesnt care either.
