1/13/26: I’ve stayed away for a while but decided to stop by today for a hot, crispy chicken biscuit. Was around 10am so they were not busy. Almost as expected, a steamy(soggy) piece of chicken. I asked for a “fresh” replacement after showing this one to them and it was about the same unfortunately. When I asked if she’d get me a fresh one she said “they should all be about the same freshness”. She’s right. I really think they cook ahead and while they sit wrapped up, they get steamy and that dissolves the crispness. Photo added. The crusty areas on the edge were soft so barely a crunch

Well I've been going here for many many many years since I've lived here for a while the food was worth it even when I lived out in new hill which was like a 20 minute drive or so, though around last winter they did forget a gluten free bun for the grilled sandwich a few times but that's really the only bad thing about it when I would go to the counter and tell them they would apologize and get me a new one.
