Steven Briggs★★★★★Had an amazing meal here the day after Christmas. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the food was perfect, and the overall experience was high end and worth the price we paid. It’s worth noting that we had a minor issue with the steak preparation that was communicated before it was brought to our table when we were offered a redo on the preparation. We declined and I felt there was no real issue at all with my meal. They made a point of providing a complimentary dessert to both of us at the end of the meal which was greatly appreciated. The bone marrow needed marrow, the tar tar was good, the ceviche was more vegetables than fish, the lambchops were over cooked, the mushrooms were super salty(and I like salt). The sashimi was pretty good, the short rib was small but pretty good, and the brussels sprouts were very good. All in all, I wouldn't go back! Very expensive for a subpar meal.

From the moment we sat down, the service was dialed in, attentive without hovering and polished without feeling scripted. They guided us through the menu with confidence, and their recommendation on the temperature for the Spinalis Wagyu was spot on. It came out perfectly cooked, rich, buttery, and it literally melted in my mouth. Easily one of the best steaks I’ve had. I ordered Bone Marrow as an app it had a split veal bone cognac steak tartar crostini grapes that was very delicious by the way. For my main course I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass with english pea orzo, red chimichurri chardonnay recommended by Zach and it was delicious. This place is a must stop and I had a great experience.
