Beware if you place an online order! I customized a few of the burgers, nothing crazy. I just asked for them to be off the broiler and to be cut in half. To my surprise not only did they not follow instructions but all the food was either cold or lukewarm. On top of that all the fries were stale. I'm not sure if the instructions are given to them in another language but these are fairly simple to understand. I was also missing a drink so I tried to inform the female at the drive thru window, we made eye contact and she just ignored me. She was literally a few feet away from me, I had to wait u

Very disappointed with very small soggy burger, not worth coupon deal. I won't be returning any time soon. Customer service lady at window very polite and nice.

Horrible service, rude workers, in the drive through they asked us to wait a minute, then they didnt shut the mic off and 2 employees where swearing at each other. When ordering the person short with us and sounded angry. Bad experience, I guess what do you expect from fast food by the oceon

Not only was the service terrible, the food was absolutely disgusting! We were so grossed out- it got even worse once I actually looked inside my Whopper! As if the fries alone weren’t bad enough!!!!! These guys could learn a whole lot from The Salinas- N. Main- Burger King employees! If it wasn’t for them- the visit to this- The Fremont BLVD- Burger King- we would have NEVER went to a Burger King again!!!!! When i attempted to speak with management about my food- we were told he was not on site at the time and NOTHING was done to make this right.. I don’t even know if the offer of a replaceme
