This was in monterey, we had just left the campground after three days of the Cali Roots concert... inexpensive, tasty food was a nice treat. We took it to the beach. It was awesome!

Placed an online order at 730, as app said store was open. Also there was a worker inside with all lights on. Pulled up to the speaker and nobody answered. Even though they were clearly in the store and it was after opening time. Had to cancel the order, but my money won't be sent back to my card for days. This is very disappointing. But most of all it's unprofessional and rude. Shut down the app if you aren't taking orders. Do better.

Unbelievable. Second day in a row that I've had to wait over 15 minutes in the drive thru. This Taco Bell is falling off. Looks like new workers inside who have no idea what they're doing. Think I'll skip this place for a month or two.

Ahh… a trip to Taco Bell, it’s always a gamble , a 50/50 it either goes exactly how you expect and hope to experience Taco Bell… or your trip to Taco Bell can go completely in the other direction. After a long day of travel, I found this Taco Bell in Seaside with my companion, we went to town on those ordering tablets, and this Taco Bell delivered, great food, environment, and refuge before falling again spell to highway hypnosis.
