I recently visited Shinya Shokudo and had a great overall experience with a few minor misses. We ordered quite a variety: Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken), Miso Soup, Tuna Tacos, Tobiko Creamy Udon, Wagyu Tataki Donburi, Grilled Chicken Skin, and the Wagyu & Prime Combo (8 skewers). The menu has a really fun mix of traditional and modern Japanese dishes, which I appreciated. I have to say—I’m absolutely obsessed with the Tobiko Creamy Udon and the Wagyu Tataki Donburi. First time here at Shinya Shokudo. Came here for dinner around 9pm. There was about a 15 minute wait, lots of parking. I had the beef udon, chicken breast skewers and happy hour combo. The food was okay atmosphere was pretty chill music was a little loud. Overall I gave it 4 stars.

I need to give Bella a 5 star. She is so welcoming when we enter the restaurant and super helpful throughout the entire dining experience. She is very attentive and easy to go around. She is an excellent waitress, and it is a delight meeting her. Other waiters are also very good and super helpful! The restaurant atmosphere is good. Good decoration! Food wise, they serve food really fast, and food is very high quality. I order the udon, chicken thigh, chicken gizzard, and beef tongue. Good meat selection. I am overall very satisfied.

The food was fresh and tasted amazing every dish was delicious and well-prepared. Rod made us feel comfortable and ensured we had a wonderful dining experience.
