Updated: the product varies significantly based on the barista. The milk for my most recent cappuccino was scalded (overheated), making the foam too thin, which disrupted the espresso, milk, foam ratio. My dry cappuccino was ~ to a latte. Too wet. In other words the training and skill of the baristas varies, which makes the outcomes inconsistent. The skillful, knowledgeable baristas know how to expertly prepare a dry cappuccino to perfection! Tight, small bubbles in the smooth, velvety foam. A perfect ratio of espresso, steamed milk, and foam. Perfect temperature. Based on my experiences in m
