Great little bakery with GF baked goods. We had to ask about the prices because there weren't any labels and there weren't a lot of savory options but the chocolate eclair and the pizza handpie were delicious. I wish I had bought more things because they were a decent price and delicious.

I’ve been a loyal customer for several years, but have been frustrated with nuflours bakery lately. They adjusted their hours to open at 9am, which is rather late to grab a bite before work. In the past few weeks, I’ve arrived around 9 several times to find them closed with seemingly no one there. Once I waited and they didn’t end up opening until 9:30. The bakery selection is also inconsistent, it seems like they don’t bake new pastries each day and so sometimes the offerings are very picked over.

This Gluten free bakery did not disappoint. Had the hand pressed meat pie, a brownie, zucchini/cardamom muffin - everything was delectable. The woman working was kind and helpful. Atmosphere was very Seattle-esque. Got some garlic parmesan bread to take home even. So many choices!!

Very disappointing! Received a gift of a vegan raspberry chocolate gluten free cake made from this place. This is the first time I had throw it away after several bites. The square cake was mainly frosting. The cake to frosting ratio was 1:1. In some parts of the cake, there was barely any cake but all frosting. There was no raspberry flavor whatsoever. As a non baker, i had made better gluten free cake than this one! What a shame.
