I absolutely loved my visit here. It took me a few u-turns before I got it right lol. If you make that sharp right and the left then just park at the parking area and get out and walk to the corner. Make a left and you are there. Upon entering I was skeptical. Didn't smell the food. However, after placing my order at the kiosk I started to smell my order being prepared. Once my order was complete the lady brought my bag to me. Omg. The aroma was out of this world. I was ready to eat the bag. Now the Banh Mi Drip itself was delightful and cooked with love and freshness. Each bite was a treat t

Absolutely obsessed with Saigon Drip Cafe. Easily one of the best hidden gems in downtown Seattle. The bánh mì here is an absolute staple. Perfectly crisp bread, packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and honestly one of the best sandwiches you’ll find in the city. And the pho? Hands down some of the best pho in downtown Seattle. Rich, comforting broth with incredible depth of flavor that tastes like it was made with real care. What made today even better was the service. Jack went completely above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Genuine hospitality like that is rare and deser

Overall a good experience, food was great, but the cafe was smaller than I thought. We fell for the social media videos to stop here to try it. It was good, I guess, just not what I thought. We got the bahn mi drip with the dipping soup. The meat was marinated in a sauce I was not too much a fan of. It was still good, just a bit rich. The fresh toppings were extra but worth it because they were additive to the sandwich. Get the extra carrots and jalapeños. The shrimp spring rolls were yummy. Very fresh and the dipping peanut sauce was flavorful. Got the Vietnamese coffee with the salt cheese

We take Vietnamese food pretty seriously, so to be honest, we didn’t come in this restaurant with particularly high expectations. But after trying the French Dip Bánh Mì and the Bún Bò Huế, our perspective completely changed. The bánh mì here is one of the best we’ve had in Seattle. Honestly, it can even hold its own against many we’ve had in Vietnam. The bread has the perfect texture: crispy on the outside, light on the inside, and packed with flavor. Everything is balanced just right, and dipping it into the side broth takes it to another level. The Bún Bò Huế was also excellent. The broth
