A down to earth casual Georgian restaurant serving Georgian pizza. Order on the iPad and take the ticket. They will bring food to your table. Once finished eating, bring the trays to the trash cans. No frill yet food was so good.

A fantastic spot serving fresh and delicious khachapuri! I ordered the mix - Adjarian style and beef, and both were served piping hot and absolutely mouth-watering. One khachapuri is more than enough to share between two people. Prices are a little high for what it is.

I'm so happy i was able to try this spot during my stay in Pioneer Square! I'm a big fan of the carbohydrate food group and this is a brilliant way to eat food! The bread boat is absolutely delicious, fresh, soft and makes for the perfect scooping mechanism for whatever you decide to fill it with! I chose the beef stroganoff! Definitely large enough to share with a friend.

I've never had Georgian food and I was a bit skeptical I'd like this place but I love me some cheese, butter, bread, and egg. I was pleasantly surprised! We got the original, chicken, and veggie bread boats to split. It's more than enough for four people and even the most hardened carb lovers. Very filling! It comes out a little hot and the original is my favorite but the rest has plenty of flavor and spice! If you enjoy cheese, egg, and bread you'll definitely like Skalka! 7/10⭐
