In general the venue is nice, good location and good vibe, however, today, 4th of July, we came, as we did for the past four years and they are removing us from the patio. The whole purpose is to hang out until the fireworks start, CONSUMING, drinks and food, but they decided that no customers should be allowed at tables in the patio. So disappointing. I we had known of this before we came he had gone somewhere else by the lake. That why I’m rating it so low.

It has the feel and pricing of a laid back neighborhood bar. In addition to the expected bar food, they also serve unexpected things such as hummus, deviled eggs, and brie! The best part is the back patio, which has fire pits and a view of Lake Union and the Space Needle

I was already a fan of The Lookout, but I had the best time hosting my 30th birthday there this past weekend! A little over a month prior, I worked with them to reserve the outdoor fire pit area for around 35 people. I had reached out to several places, but found The Lookout to be the most cost-effective, flexible, and fun option for Spring! What also sold it was that Ari, the event coordinator, was so helpful, accommodating, and responsive. Her enthusiasm and ideas for the party made me even more excited leading up to it. Went here specifically to review the place. Showed up in time for sunset and sat on the patio. The view is breathtaking and the outdoor vibe is cool, laid back and friendly. The service was kind but infrequent. The crinkle cut fries were actually really good!
