This place charges you for ingredients that they are then choosing to discard or keep. I want to highlight a concerning inconsistency with how online orders are fulfilled. When ordering in person with several PAID additions, I receive the full volume of the blend. However, when ordering online, some staff members seem to treat the excess produced by my paid additions as extra or free and choose to discard it rather than providing the full amount I purchased. Been eating here on my lunch break for 2 years, staff is always super nice and gets my order made up quickly. Store is always clean and the prices for relatively healthy food is way less than nearby fast food. The reward points are also Actually useful which is great. Gonna keep eating here lol
