Had a wonderful experience at Zoup! I enjoyed the delicious flats and soup — the Cali Chicken was my favorite. A special shoutout to the young lady who served me; she was super polite, friendly, and made my visit even better with her great attitude and smile. I ordered two soup flights. We got sauce cups as the soup flights. $16 for this is an absolute ripoff. I also got a salad, paid for an extra vinaigrette and they didn’t give it to me.

Very poor customer service here. Employee don’t speak English so very hard to communicate with them. I ordered three pack of soup for $9.00 and got three 2oz portion cups only one spoon? They are extremely slow getting food out at lunch time . With potbelly and Slyman next door you have e good options. This place needs a good general manager who can fix issues - looks like leadership is lacking here from the people in charge?
