龔振勝★★★★★One of the OG Vietnamese plazas in the area. Is it the first? Not sure. BUT it's one with a decent market, a couple of good restaurants, and a ton of bakeries! It used to have a pond, but that's been closed up for a while. The food court is a bit depressing on a weekday, but I'm sure it gets packed on the weekends.
