Went here after a concert at the new Mystic Lake Amphitheater and the drive thru is open 24 hours, which was really convenient for my family!! The service was excellent!! Considering the line was extremely long and they weren't fully prepared for the amount of people to hit the drive thru after the concert! There was a slight mix up on two of the six burgers, but that's to be expected when ordering for six people at rush time after midnight!! Overall, would definitely go back because of the great service!! The location was within 4 minutes of the hotel we were staying at also.

2 signs that say “24-hour drive thru” but they WONT TAKE MY ORDER. I get off work and go to burger king drive thru around 3:35-3:50am on multiple nights. I have been told “sorry our computer system is rebooting” and “we don’t take orders until 4am” and “we only do pickups right now”. They have never taken my order during that time and I have tried at least 4 times over a span of many months. How is your drive thru open 24 hours. Please explain

Usually this Burger King is really good at nights. But they got a whole new crew and they are on their phones, not wearing gloves, touching each others hair, and takes 20 minutes for your order to be ready and when they give it to you, they don’t even apologize for the wait.

Whopper Wednesday! Was in Shakopee so I stopped in. Burger wasn't as fresh as I'd like. Not even Luke warm, though in the customization on the order, I requested right off the broiler. But you add cold condiments and veggies and thats what's expected. It was also cut in half with Mustard added which I requested. I got a medium onion ring which was hot and tasty! The service was great. One employee even walked the dining room and collected trays from patrons and threw their garbage. He also asked how everything was. Nice. He said he was used to it from working at Culver's. I was there from 1:1
