Tried Don Ramon Mexican Restaurant and the food did not disappoint! The tacos were packed with flavor, juicy, and perfectly crispy with amazing consommé on the side. The fajitas were sizzling hot, loaded with fresh peppers, onions, tender meat, and covered in creamy cheese sauce. Everything tasted fresh, seasoned perfectly, and portions were generous. Definitely one of the best Mexican food spots in the Shakopee area highly recommend! Also open late is a plus.

I love the food, I love the service, and I love the atmosphere. I have been coming here since they were only in the little building. I was a bit concerned when they expanded that it might lose the flare. Truthfully when they first switched I did experience a couple hiccups, however, I have continued to go here and continue to be more than satisfied! Thank you to all the staff here, I think you do a wonderful job and I will continue to eat here!

After having been to dozens & dozens of Mexican restaurants across the country over many years i can honestly say not a one of them ever stood out as being special until we stopped in to Don Ramon's, it was simply the best we've ever had! We ordered 2 separate make your own combo plates & they were delivered in short order & our server, Armando did a terrific job of taking care of us all at a reasonable price ( 2 entrees, 2 cocktails & 2 sides ) for $63.03. Great overall experience & we look forward to coming back very soon.

So much FLAVOR! TACO Tuesday well worth it! Three street tacos for eight dollars any kind of meat you want! closest, you can get to California! I had the steak and pork tacos and they were full of flavor, the sauces were flavorful as well! Definitely worth the drive!
