I work right across the street. I go here all the time. Lately they’ve been super light handed for portions. If I’m paying $10+ for a bowl, I should only pay $5 for half a bowl, which is what it’s down to. People haven’t been as friendly lately. New crew came in with zero customer service skills. The previous crew was amazing. Looks like most of them either got moved to a new location or quit. This new crew sucks.

I ordered online to go. Bros forgot half my food. Gave me literally an empty bowl with tortillas. ????? I ordered chicken tacos for my kid. Couldn’t even be bothered to put anything in the meal. First and last time going there

The store was clean and bright, nice music level made it feel upbeat yet inviting. The food honestly is wonderful and worth a half hour drive for us! I can't wait for more Qdobas to open up in the twin cities and surrounding suburbs! Also worth a mention is the manager, Tiara I believe, was very welcoming and answered a few questions I had. Wonderful lunch date setting or anytime

Service was phenomenal! Kinda gross though to see the fly buzzing around at the food station area. Also, being a first time customer, the food station area didn't appear too appealing, sloppy and messy. If your items on the line are in guest view, they should look appealing.
