Sitting in line for Drip because this location said they “don’t do pup cups anymore”. How sad! As someone who frequently comes here and also orders from them on apps- I will now take my business elsewhere (Drip and Wawa) and make sure to spread the word about the pup cups when mentioned as it’s often mentioned where I work. How sad they can’t put some whipped cream together for a furry friend!

I usually go to the Dunkin down the road but when I occasionally go through this part of Dallas I try stopping here. Everytime I go here they serve food ice cold. My coffee always tastes watered down or no creamer at all. They rush the food so much in order to keep their times tracked but it gets to a point where you can’t rush it that much. When you go inside and ask them politely fix your coffee they get really nasty.

I typically have a good experience with this location and it is my go to but I want to compliment the young crew that was working 8/7 night shift. I pulled up around 759 and with no hesitation, they made me a drink that was phenomenal and they were all super pleasant and demonstrated excellent customer service although they were closing in one minute which makes me happy as many of the younger generation has no service etiquette. These kids were truly a pleasure and I was able to enjoy a late, much warranted good drink. Great job to the crew that was working tonight. You are appreciated
