I had a fantastic experience at Weather Center Cafe. I ordered a latte, and it was exceptionally well-made, smooth, and balanced. You can tell they care about what they serve. The atmosphere is what makes this place stand out. The interior has a distinct, rustic coastal theme, complete with wooden finishes, fishing nets on the ceiling, and plenty of local photos and décor. First time here. We were staying at the American Club for the weekend. Asked some folks where there was a good coffee shop in Sheboygan, and they mentioned here. Thought we would give it a try. Showed up on a cold Saturday morning. Food: We ordered a couple of lattes and some breakfast. For drinks it was one Vanilla Latte and a London Fog Tea Latte. I love this place! The food is great every time, especially the bakery. The coffee is just right, the customer service is really friendly, and things are delivered in a timely fashion. The only downside is the hours - often when I want to go they're closed!
