We just ordered from Pizza Hut on door dash from the location on Colorado Ave in Lorain, and today it was exceptional! The Meat Lovers Original Pan pizza was delicious and cooked perfectly. The cheese sticks were SO good. The dough on everything was like a soft cloud with that crispy cheese edge that everyone loves. I actually called the store to tell them they did a great job and spoke to the manager, William. He was professional and gracious. He said he is newer in his position at that location. The doors are locked, you cannot go inside. Is Pizza Hut is drive-thru only. If somebody gets there before their order is ready they just sit and block the drive-thru window. What should have just been a drive-in drive out turns into a half hour long ordeal of just sitting in the Drive-Thru line. If you're not going to allow customers to come into the lobby and pick up their orders you should at least have the orders that aren't ready pull forward so the orders that are ready can be picked up.

I called to explain that my order was incorrect, but the employee who answered didn’t give me a chance to speak or explain the issue. She immediately had an attitude, talked over me, was dismissive and rude. She even questioned whether my order was actually wrong, despite the fact that I was calling to report the mistake.
