I wish I could give 0 rating. Rude management, mold in the food, raw dough, rubber steak, and zero accountability. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Avoid. We arrived at 11:30 AM with a party of 4. Drinks took 10 minutes, and food took nearly an hour — meanwhile, a table seated after us received their food first. I came here with my friends, and Ashley C, the waitress who served us, was amazing. The food was delicious and arrived quickly; everything was fine until we ordered dessert and coffee. It took ages to get them, and then we waited even longer for the bill, and even longer for them to scan our card. Originally I made reservations for 12:30p. However, my daughter and I arrived around 11:30a. They were very accommodating and served us immediately. Everything seemed to happen so quickly which is a good thing. We were given time to look over the menu then we ordered. We had a beautiful tea party at Rose Brunch and the food presentation was truly on point—everything tasted amazing. There was a former employee outside telling guests to go to IHOP, which I completely disagree with because our experience was great. My only recommendation would be for the unisex bathrooms to have air freshener. The food was excellent, but no one wants their meal interrupted by unpleasant restroom odors. Overall, a lovely spot with delicious dishes and great ambiance.
