I’m Canadian and I know how the Tim Hortons coffee really taste. Only this Tim Hortons brings it close to Canadian coffee in Michigan. I have been coming here for 3 years now and never had any issues except now. Recently they hired a lady that is a senior which I see her attitude is really bad. One time I ordered through the speaker, and before paying I added an extra item to my order, she mentioned “ if you want next time order everything through the speaker because I cannot add more items to your order later”another time she mentioned “you have to say in the speaker that you won a free coff

Everyone here is extremely efficient, trustworthy, and will not accept tips so I have to find things that I could give each of them to make up for a tip because good people deserve being treated well. I also noticed that the owner is here often and the place is spotless. The coffee incidental is really good because I’ve compared to other places and it’s excellent here. That’s why I would never go anywhere else and I always tell people this is the best place. I was not paid to give you this review. I do it sincerely.

I am heavily disappointed in the service at this time hortons. There is a girl working there today that helped us with our order this morning and she was terrible. When we tried to order she was interrupting us as well as making us repeat everything we said and she told us the order before we were done ordering and then another staff member had to step in and help. It doesn’t end there, we were at the window and we handed her the card and as soon as the window is about to close she has a very loud conversation with the other working which was very unprofessional.
