I just moved here from Stamford where I go to my usual Dunkin every morning. Let’s just say the first interaction here wasn’t good. My coffee was wrong and when I went back in not even a sorry or anything girl took it from me took the top off threw it into the handwashing sink (I am a GM of a restaurant, def a no no) forcefully threw the cup in the garbage. She actually did remake my coffee which was surprising in itself. Every single time the blonde girl makes my food, my order (I only use mobile) is always wrong. I understand things can get busy but it being wrong EVERY single time by only that person is making me choose a different location

Always clean! ALWAYS VERY SLOW. No matter the hour or day. You can count on the staff being chaotic in action but slow. Even if one person is in the drive thru and 2 people in the lobby. Lolol. So plan accordingly. You will wait no matter what.

The worst place to stop for something to eat. The one in charge of the food was grabbing the food without gloves! They should just have cameras inside to check how well they follow the hygienic rules.....
