I haven’t been to Burger King in ages, but we had some of those mailer coupons and figured it was time to “visit the King.” Well… the fries were solid, but the burger? Not exactly royal. The bun tasted like it had been sitting on the throne a little too long—possibly a week. For a moment I genuinely wondered if they forgot the meat entirely. Worker (big Hispanic girl) and manager (bald Hispanic man) looked at us crazy when we pulled up 5 minutes early for our mobile order. We were told it wasn’t showing up in their system despite showing our receipt. I believe they just simply didn’t prepare the order which is unbelievable considering how empty this location is. Was told told to pull around, and then when I entered the store at exactly 6:15 and still ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes on top of them forgetting a fry… all the above wouldn’t have bothered me as much if the manager was competent enough to actually look at our

I went to this location two days in a row, ordered the same thing both days. Burger, fries, sweet tea and a medium onion ring. Tuesday I got the onion ring but no fries. Today after telling the person what I wanted I had to tell them again I wanted both fries and onion rings before she understood, but instead of sweet tea I got some diet soda. Management needs to do a much better job training and supervising the employees. If I could give them lower then 1 star for service I would.

Zero stars, not one star…. The employees here are horrible, absolutely horrible work ethic from at least 2 of the girls that work the front counter and drive thru window area. If you a delivery driver for third party, good luck getting acknowledgement from them when you walk into the store and up to the counter. You have to flag them down to ask for the order you are picking up. Then their whole mood and body language spells out that you are bothering them. I have had repeat issues with the staff here, clearly those girls are the kind of employee that wants to do the bare minimum to earn a pay
