The fastest Wendys in the world, but even after the new recipe you guys still find a way to undercook your spicy sandwhiches almost every time. They come out extremely soggy and they are disgustingly chewy as well. I am genuinely sick of it I thought the new recipe saved you guys because it was good the last couple of times, but im done. Stop trying to be so fast and just cook the food RIGHT PLEASE

This is the most horrible experience ever!. I order a sandwich that clearly says plain and i bite into only to discover that it has bacon placed on my sandwich. It may not be a big deal for those that are pork eaters but for non-pork eaters. And these incompetent workers seem to think that it is just a minor error. It's much more than that. James S, the assistant manager need not to be a manager if he can't handle why a customer who ordered a specific way to avoid such thing happen yet want to deflect and provide a reason why his incompetent workers would add items to a sandwich when there is

Ordered dinner for my family and I didn't receive our whole order. I had to go in and let them know a burger and chicken sandwich were missing, not sure how they thought my order was complete. Fry's were old and nasty. I spend $40 bucks here, this will not happen again. I could have got better food and service somewhere else. Employees were sitting in the dinning area and running back and forth to work the drive thru which is where I placed our order. I walked in to let them know burgers missing and man all these young adults working here with their pants sagging and we're so unprofessional. I

WENDYS. you people are jokes there was no mayo on my chicken sandwich, ONE piece of lettuce i’m being serious (I COUNTED). we never got straws AND the service was terrible the little boy bringing the food was super rude. he had BOTH airpods in so he couldn’t hear a thing i was saying. you guys are terrible at first impressions
