I’ve been to this Dunkin’ location a few times, and the experience has been inconsistent. There are often long wait times, even when it doesn’t seem very busy. Sometimes there is a delay before they even take your order, and service at the window can also be slow even when food is already ready. On a couple of visits, items were missing from my order (a donut once and a kolache another time), which is something that should be checked before handing out orders. Ordered on the app as the posted hours are 0500-1400, yet at 0545 there is no one in the store. Even if there was someone at work the phone number is disconnected. The quality of this place has declined steadily over the last few years, and I think it may time to contact AAFES about this particular contract.

This review encompasses my three visits over the past two weeks. I have been coming here for several years, but stopped six months ago due to inconsistencies. When I do order, I always order and pay via the app with pickup inside before I either leave my house off post or from my work place on post. My expectation is if I place my order after the morning rush during a NON-BUSY time 5 minutes before I leave my location that my order will be ready when I get there 15 minutes later. absolutely the worst dunkin i’ve ever been to, i’ve been here multiple times and every single time they mess something up on my order. or they completely forget something, and it takes at least 20 minutes to get my order.
