We order here at work pretty consistently. Time and time again, the order is wrong. Without fail. Its unbelievably very simple to read and order and make what is on the order. For some reason, this location seems to have an extremely difficult time with reading. For my 4th order, in a row, it was wrong. I ordered a Thai Wrap and got a Chipotle Flatbread. SMDH

While I love tropical cafe. The service at this particular location could use a more friendly customer service. Was there this morning ALL the employees look as though they were mad to be alive🙄. I spoke to the cashier she barely spoke back when I repeated my good morning greeting. She snapped back I said hello how you doing all the while never making eye contact. The entire energy was very unwelcoming. I hope the store manager sees this post and makes a valid effort to correct the customer service at this location.

The place is filthy. The bathroom is filthy. That’s a telling sign about their cleaning practices. If the bathroom is dirty, you can bet your bottom dollar the kitchen is probably not kept up to standards either. Sure enough, you look behind the counter and everything is filthy. Now I have diarrhea, and I’m not surprised. Definitely the last tropical smoothie Café that I would ever go to.

Officially will be my last time asked for my smoothie to be remade because it taste like water this guy remakes it and puts so much sugar in it now it tastes like sugar only these people don’t have a recipe to follow no measuring cups so that it’s consistent and accurate they just put whatever they want in the smoothie it’s ridiculous but thanks this will be my last time I’ll just have to drive further to smoothie king
