I want to start by recognizing Andrew, who was absolutely fantastic. He was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire interaction. The reason for my two-star review has nothing to do with him, and I hope that is clear. To start off I never leave reviews unless it’s an exceptionally good experience or exceptionally bad, unfortunately this was exceptionally bad!! They advertise as authentic New York style pizza, this is the furthest from New York pizza, the only comparison I could make to accurately describe how bad their pizza is would be to compare it to a low grade frozen pizza as I can think of many frozen pizza’s that would far exceed their low quality, the dough is extremely soft and soggy, they put enough sauce on the pizza that you could literally call it a soup, and I asked for extra cheese and ended
