I ordered a smash burger with bacon they didn't put the bacon and still charged me and on top of that the burger even inside the bun after that at the register they changed me 11 dollars instead of the 9

Took my brother here for a long overdue catch-up and even he had nothing to complain about, which is genuinely unprecedented. Food was proper, beers were cold, staff had a sense of humour. We were there for hours. Bill was very fair. He's already asking when we can do it again. Cracking little spot here.

NEVER HAD A SERIOUS PROBLEM HERE AT THIS SONIC. MAYBE NO KETCHUP OR NAPKINS BUT THATS NOT A PROBLEM. FOOD IS ALWAYS ON POINT. WE WENT ON JUNE 2ND AT 8:39 PM FOR MY WOLFS BIRTHDAY TO GET SOME SONIC BLAST WITH REESES PEANUT BUTTER CUPS, CHOCOLATE SHAKE, OCEAN WATER, CHERRY LIMEAIDES AND A CHOCOLATE SUNDAE AND EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. The food is always amazing and I hadn’t had any issues with the customer service I come here very frequently but on August 28th around 11:30 at night the cashier on the drive through window was being very rude and gave me attitude when I asked for a straw for my milkshake. I was being very respectful when ordering my food and said thank you after receiving my order but she looked at me very upset. Definitely thinking of changing my go to location 👎
