the overnight guy needs to be fired, i get it nobody wants to work that late but this is the most ignorant guy i ever interacted with. i waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and even knocked on the glass and no one was there. When he finally came out from the back I told him i was picking up and that i’ve been waiting for a while. I can barely understand what he was saying but apparently there is a sensor that i had to go through?? He kept giving me attitude and rolling his eyes. Horrible customer service.

The drive-thru employees are so rude, on microphone I couldn’t understand what they were saying and asked again but she didn’t answer, I pulled up to the window , they took the order. I ordered 2 coffee but I got only one , she didn’t even gave me receipt. I through they making my second coffee and I was waiting at the window and she asked me to move , when I asked my second coffee ,she said , I ordered only one , I asked my order receipt she threw to me. I will never back to this location! Unfortunately very AWFUL SERVICE!

The manager “Dibal” was so rude to me tonight. The same order I ordered 3 times just this week, he refused to make & said they don’t do this customs or additions into drinks.. not sure what that means considering I’ve had the same exact order 3 times this week & no one said that wasn’t allowed. Mind you, I’ve ordered other add ons to my drinks before without any complaints. He asked who had been making it I said some lady here, he said she doesn’t know what she’s doing, the lady has been there for YEARS. You’d think I asked this guy to commit a CRIME for me. My order was to just add cream & co

Me and my sister went into the bathroom as paying customers and the staff kept banging on the door yelling at us in a different language. Then after that I walked out and they had keys to unlock the bathroom and said we weren’t allowed to do that. I feel very uncomfortable with that and the fact there was 2 men unlocking a bathroom while me and my sister were trying to use it. Very scary and on top of that the food was disgusting
