Why does this happen every single time I ask for less ice, yet the cup is still filled all the way with ice?? Is it really that difficult to follow a simple request, or is it just ignored? Every time. If I wanted a cup full of ice, I wouldn’t select ‘less ice.’ Please start paying attention and doing your job properly

Good evening Google Family. I visited this location for the first time today. I ordered a hot chocolate without the whipped cream. My total was $3.17. The young lady Dunkin associate did not smile and was not pleasant at all. Being pleasant and smiling can be a deal breaker. I have prayed for her as I am hoping that she is ok. There were other young ladies waiting at the tables that were available there. Have a good night, workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!!

It is freezing cold here. It was 43 outside. I hoped I can enjoy a cup of hot coffee if it was warmer inside. But it was even more cold inside. I can’t recommed old people and children.

Terrible service to in store customers. They only care about the drive thru customers. I have to stand there for 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge my presence. The old owners were much better
