The coffee was so watered down it tasted like coffee flavored water with sugar . It was supposed to be cream and sugar and was soo dark . Then the Boston cream donuts looked nasty and didn’t taste right . I won’t go there again there’s plenty of DD in the area

I honestly never pick up from this location due to past issues with product quality, but this afternoon (02/04/26) I stopped by and Nick completely changed that experience. He was wonderful — professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. The way he handled the situation and treated me was better than any team lead I’ve interacted with before. If leadership and customer service matter, Nick truly deserves recognition and consideration for a team lead role.

I have went here a couple times and each time I go, they do not fail to disappoint. The food is always horrible and have to throw it out sometimes. I have had enough and decided to write a review about this place. Go to a different dunkin and you won’t be as disappointed as me.

Very disappointing experience at the drive-thru at Dunkin’. The employee who took my order didn’t greet me and sounded rushed. When I politely asked him to repeat himself because I couldn’t hear clearly, he practically yelled over the speaker. When I got to the window, I calmly asked for his name and he refused to give it to me, spoke to me in a nasty tone again, and walked away. I don’t like confrontation and I know I didn’t say or do anything to deserve that kind of treatment. Customer service should be respectful, especially for a simple drive-thru order.
