I wish I could give zero stars—this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. It started when I arrived and found the doors closed, even though the business was clearly open. When an employee finally opened the door, I greeted her, but she didn’t respond and simply walked away. While waiting for my mobile order, the employee who was supposed to be preparing food was instead walking around on her phone, on speaker, having a conversation.
