i ordered 3 mango dragon fruits and a coffee frap with 2 scoops of vanilla bean and caramel and instead they got all my drinks wrong & i was missing 1 drink (got cannonball instead of mango dragon fruit??) charged me for a drink i didn’t order (vanilla bean frap with caramel… instead of the 2 scoops of vanilla bean and caramel being INSIDE the coffee frap as i stated) TWICE. I repeated how i wanted my drink and they still didn’t do it right after i repeatedly asked them what i wanted on my drink. I ended up getting a refund but my coffee frap was still not done right.

Im giving this location a 3 star solely for the customer service. My personal experience with Starbucks customers service has always been great this one in particular the staff were not friendly. I had a drive through order I waited 7 minutes or more for my order to be taken associate did not greet and seemed like she didn’t want to work. Other than the customer service I would say my drink was okay. I think by me waiting so long to get my drinks the ice may have melted on my drink in particular. I ordered the Ube coconut macchiato, dragon fruit drink and strawberry açaí.

Very disappointed with the drive-thru service at this Starbucks location. It took over 30 minutes just to receive my order, which is unacceptable for a drive-thru experience. The line barely moved, and there seemed to be a lack of urgency or organization. I understand places can get busy, but the wait time was excessive. Management really needs to improve staffing and efficiency during peak hours.

The customer service here is by far the most rudest people I’ve ever met!!!!!! I asked for them to repeat my order and they made a side comment over the mic. After going in person to see if they can politely remake my drink as well ask about the protocols for the room they have, the barista rudly stated, “it’s obviously closed and can’t be reserved.”
