The food is decent, and I really enjoyed the classic roast beef sandwich; it had just the right amount of flavor. However, the service was a bit slow during my visit, and the dining area could have been cleaner. Overall, it's a solid choice for a quick bite, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Its been probably a couple years since I've been here. It was like an oven then on a hot day and was again today. It was about 78 degrees outside when we entered. The lobby drink dispenser was gross. There was things hanging off both ice dispensers and at least one of the buttons to get soda. We let them know (had them get us drinks from behind the counter) and they came out without a rag and got the "hair" off the button, kind of scoffed about the complaint, without a sorry.

Customer service was off the chain! Floor manager was running and helping the crew while giving instructions with a calm tone to her seemed newer employees. When an older couple was coming in the employee was running food outside, before he passed them he was aware enough to stop and come back and open and hold the door for them! I got my food fairly quick and got the double beef n cheddar but after just 3 bites i had to get a fork and a wife because the buns disintegrated in my hands. Probably won't get that again. Maybe if they used a stronger bread or put it in like a hogie roll or like
