The Qdoba South Hill Disaster Rating: ⭐ (1/5) ABSOLUTE HEALTH HAZARD — I SHOULD HAVE TURNED AROUND. My visit to this Qdoba in South Hill was a nightmare from start to finish. As I walked in and got in line with everyone else, I looked up and saw a stomach-turning sight: the air vents are positioned towards the wall, hanging directly over the food prep line, and they are caked in a thick, black, furry layer of filth. To make matters worse, the air was actively blowing OUT, blasting all that grime directly down onto the food ingredients as they were being prepared. Despite the red flags, I ord

Went to a Qdoba in Michigan, fell in love with it. Was hoping we could find one near us. We didnt. Its really nothing big. But when you're hungry this place hits. When we finally found one, its 40 mins away from us. We had to go. Yeah, we're still in love with it. Fresh. Fast. Nice staff. Clean environment. Definitely will go up there again soon.

Rude customer service. I understand if your busy with multiple online orders, we will be patient. But at least acknowledge us when we are standing at the counter waiting and don't try and rush us or give us attitude when we are ordering. Not the first time this has happened.

My girlfriend and I go here 2-4 times a week and have been for the past 2 years. Always great quality food and a great price compared to most places (*cough*cough* chipotle👎). Employees are wonderful as well always very nice. Definitely recommend 10/10 as always couldn’t be better (other than bringing back the habanero lime steak? Please).
