These people are always so confrontational and if there’s a problem with your order, they take it so personal I try to be as sweet as I can be but all I get is hostility and eye rolls. I’ve never done this before, but I will refuse to step foot in this place again. I always order the same thing, but this drink felt off. It felt watery, so I kindly asked them to remake it Which he responded “ If you don’t like what you order stop ordering it” this isn’t the first time these people are extremely rude

This dunking is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have been too, always gets my order wrong then tell me that it’s me that got the order wrong when most of them don’t even understand English. They refuse to fix the order that they incorrectly put in the system. They will argue even tho they are wrong. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN & I WOULD NOT SUGGEST YALL VOME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A ORDER THEY WONT FIX THAT THEY MESSED UP.

I don’t appreciate being harassed by the drive thru workers an hour ago about me cutting the drive thru line. I’m not a frequent patron of this location but the drive thru logistics are terrible and don’t incorporate people driving from the gas station. Cars should be able to weave. Instead of telling me that most people go all the way around in get a line I would not otherwise see the drive thru lady decided to hassle me because another called in to the store to say I was cutting the line. The experience is childish and unprofessional.

With all honesty If I could’ve give this place zero starts I would. The people that are at the register are rude. Like I get that you may be tired but at least seem a bit engaged in the conversation. The bathroom on the other hand, doesn’t have toilet paper or hand soap. The staff looked at me weirdly like I had stole something. All I wanted, was just to be attended nicely, without having to feel uncomfortable.
